Three Portals. One Mission: Practical Compliance for Australian Businesses

If you have visited leadcomply.com.au before, you will notice something has changed. We rebuilt this site around one simple idea: Australian businesses do not need more articles explaining what compliance means. They need a way to actually get it done.

That is why everything on this site now points to one of three portals, each one built to walk a real business through a real compliance problem, from the first question to the finished document. Two are live today. The third is on its way.

Start with a free ISO 9001 readiness check

The ISO 9001 Portal is where this all started, and it is still the heart of what we do. It takes five honest questions about how your business actually runs, not what paperwork you have, and about two minutes, to see exactly where your biggest gaps are. From there, you get a real dashboard, a proper gap analysis, and AI-assisted document generation that produces an actual first draft you can review and use, not a generic template.

No credit card. No sales call. Just sign up and see where you stand.

When you are ready for more, the pricing is simple and built around your whole team, not your headcount:

  • Free — the readiness check, gap analysis, and document generation to get started, no cost.
  • Starter ($79/month) — unlimited document generation and the NCR/CAPA workflow for a business ready to run its quality system day to day.
  • Growth ($199/month) — the full internal audit workflow and roadmap planning for a business getting ready for certification.
  • Custom — for multi-site or multi-standard businesses, or anything that needs a conversation first.

One thing worth saying plainly: our pricing is flat, per business, not per person. Add your whole team without paying more per seat. Most quality management software still charges you per login. We think that punishes the exact behaviour, getting everyone actually using the system, that makes a quality system work in the first place.

Ready for AUSTRAC, without the guesswork

The AML/CTF Portal exists because of a change a lot of Australian businesses have not fully clocked yet. Under the Tranche 2 reforms, real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, and a range of other businesses that have never had to think about anti-money laundering obligations before are now being brought under AUSTRAC’s regime for the first time.

If that is you, the AML/CTF Portal walks you through what you actually need in plain English: getting registered, understanding your obligations, and building the ongoing program AUSTRAC expects, without needing a compliance consultant on retainer to translate it for you first.

Coming soon: an AI Governance Portal, for businesses already using AI whether they meant to or not

Here is a fact worth sitting with: most small businesses already have staff using AI tools somewhere in the day to day work, often without the owner’s knowledge, and almost always without a policy, a risk assessment, or anyone actually keeping track of it.

Our third portal, built for the ISO 42001 AI management standard, is on the way. It will give small business owners the same thing the ISO 9001 Portal already gives them: a plain-English way to see what is actually happening, close the gaps, and put real oversight in place, without needing to become an AI governance expert to do it. No sign-up link yet, but keep an eye on this space. We will let you know the moment it is ready.

Built by someone who has done this the hard way

Lead Comply is run by Danny Huynh, a BSI Qualified Lead Internal Quality Auditor with more than ten years of hands-on experience implementing quality systems across manufacturing, healthcare, and gaming. Danny has sat across the table from small business owners who were intimidated by ISO 9001 long before they understood it was actually built for businesses exactly like theirs. That is the whole reason these portals exist: to put real, practical expertise into a tool any business can use, without the jargon and without the price tag of a full-time consultant.

Lead Comply does not issue certification itself, that always comes from an independent, accredited certification body. What we do is get you genuinely ready for that process, and help you run a better business along the way.

Where to start

  • Already thinking about ISO 9001? Start your free readiness check at iso9001.leadcomply.com.au.
  • Newly caught by the AML/CTF Tranche 2 reforms? Register at aml.leadcomply.com.au/register.
  • Curious about AI Governance? Watch this space, we will announce the portal here the moment it launches.

Three portals. One straightforward idea: compliance should be something your business actually does, not just something it worries about.
