If you share personal details in the chat, Dan will redirect you to our secure Australian booking form — where your details are stored on Australian servers.

- Dan does not ask for, collect, or store your name, email, phone number, or business details
- All personal details you provide go through our Australian-hosted booking form
- Dan uses Anthropic's Claude AI technology to generate responses. Conversation text is processed to generate a reply and is not stored or used to train AI models
- Dan can search the web for current AUSTRAC guidance and regulatory updates — so his information is always current
Because Dan handles general compliance questions only — not personal information — your privacy is protected by design, not just by policy.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
